Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, cancellations are not allowed as our products/services are digital in nature and accessible immediately after purchase.
  • Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. However, cancellation will only stop future billing; it will not refund past payments.

2. Refunds

Since we deal with digital goods and online services, refunds are generally not provided once the product is delivered or service access is granted.
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive access to the product/service even after successful payment and contacting our support.
  • The service delivered is significantly different from what was described on our website.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team at jitheshparmar@gmail.com with your order details.

3. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Inability to use the product/service due to lack of technical knowledge or compatibility on your end.
  • Partial use or dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.
